So I built Housing Freak as the Freak Sites Island where I can wander into everything housing, create the content I want to create and use those Parking Spots to promote my own brands.

Housing Freak was built on the mechanics of a listing site, so a Parking Spot can absolutely be used to sell or promote something.
A house for sale. A rental. A room. A seller-financing deal. A renovation. A contractor. A neighborhood story. A property-tax rant. A housing-market video. A landlord lesson. A tenant experience. A move that changed somebody’s life.
A traditional listing can tell you bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and price.

🔎 I WANTED ONE PLACE TO FIND MY OWN HOUSING STUFF AGAIN.
Housing is a massive market, and I can create a lot of content around it. Why not? The market is huge, the content is endless and there are commercial angles everywhere. So I built an Island around everything housing.
Homes. Rentals. Land. Renovations. Contractors. Mortgages. Insurance. Property taxes. Neighborhoods. Investments. Deals. Stories. Commentary.
Some of those Parking Spots may point people toward Freak Sites, Cool Car Guy, my Sales Freak account or something else I’m building.
Some are simply stories or subjects I wanted to explore.
Either way, months later I don’t want to remember which social feed, video description, folder or digital drawer I threw something into.
I want to remember one thing.
THE KEYWORD.
Somebody brings up an HOA rule, a contractor disaster, a rental problem, a mortgage question or some strange housing deal and I think:
“I ALREADY WROTE ABOUT THIS.”
I don’t start scrolling through old posts.
I come back to Housing Freak and type what I remember.

BAM. THERE’S THE PARKING SPOT.
Maybe I want to read it again.
Maybe something changed and I want to update it.
Maybe somebody is arguing about the subject and I already did the work.
